Crazy Drivers
Well, I was driving to work this morning and almost got hit by a car that just drifted into my lane. It was kind of busy as it always is at that time of the morning. So traffic was pretty heavy.
It also doesn’t help that the entire freeway is under what seems like permanent construction. The lanes tend to be in different places from week to week. And the traffic cones, street signs, and exits are all confusing.
But still, the driver just couldn’t have been paying attention to the road. He/She(I didn’t look that closely) just rolled half way into the lane I was in and then drifted back into his/her own lane. If there hadn’t happened to be a large shoulder at that location of the road, and if I hadn’t noticed the car next to me coming into my lane, I would have been sideswiped.

No wonder you nearly had an accident using your cellphone, drinking coffee and applying lipstick while driving…

Well, the drawing above is more indicative of the other driver rather than me. LOL Though I was drinking coffee at the time.
